How do I register to consign?
It’s easy.  Please consign from the home page.

How much can I earn?
All consignors have the opportunity to earn up to 80%!  All consignors will earn 70% of their sales automatically.  As a team member you can earn more! 

Is there a registration fee?
Yes, there is a $13 participation fee for all consignors that is paid up front and non refundable. If you can not make it to a sale I would love to credit you for the next sale just email me.

Is there a minimum number of items I need to bring?
Yes.  All registered consignors must bring a minimum of 35 quality items to the sale.

What is 1/2 price day?

Half price day is a great opportunity to sell some last minute items to shoppers who are looking for a great deal.  If you choose, your items will be sold on the last day at ½ the price on the tag.  If the item says “No Discount” then it is not discounted but still can be sold at full price. Otherwise it is sold for half price during designated half price times. If your item is marked as donate it will automatically be set to discount. Consignor can shop a early half price on Saturday 5-8. Consignors will be on a list to indicate you are a consignor at the entrance and ONLY at this time. Sunday is open to everyone if you can not shop the designated consignor presale.

Do I have to pick up my unsold items?
You have the option to pick up your unsold items or you can choose to donate them to charity by tagging them as donate. We have many charities that vary per sale. Please pick up your items or have someone else if you have more than 30 items to pick up. THERE WILL BE A $20 HAUL AWAY FEE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 30 ITEMS LEFT THAT IS NOT INDICATED AS DONATE. Pick up is always the Sunday of the Sale between 3pm-6pm.  PLEASE BRING TOTES WITH YOU TO PICK UP, ROLLING RACKS FOR CLOTHES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED ANYMORE. This helps our leaving process run much smoother.  Any items left at the sale after the close of Pick Up will become property of The Got Kids? Consignment Sale. You will be responsible to find your items on the floor after we remove the donations. You MUST pick up items that were not brought with enough pieces to play with. Example Little people set without a person. Donation companies will not take these. Indicators on your items help you find them easier. Below is how to pick up and it will be emailed to you the day before pick up. Please do not donate large items like furniture. It is very hard to get these to donation places.

What kind of security is in place?
Our location is monitored by 24 hour surveillance.  But the best way to help prevent theft is by having team members on the floor so please consider becoming part of our team. Can I track my daily sales?
Yes. This is uploaded Friday, Saturday, and Sunday once all the sales are completed. The date and time are indicted on your home page in central time. We allow the shoppers to finish checking out so be patient with the upload since we are trying to make sure your items are sold.

Do I need an appointment to drop off my items?
Yes.  Consignors are required to schedule a drop off appointment on the homepage after you register. Otherwise you will not be part of the registered sale. Please pick more than one slot if you have over 200 items. We do not require a inventory list. You are welcome to bring one.

Is there a deadline to enter your items into the consignor software? 

Yes. The deadline to input your items into inventory is always the Monday before the sale at 11AM..

When do consignors get paid for their sold items?
Consignor checks will be emails within two weeks. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL IS CORRECT.

What is the dollar dash?

Consignors and volunteers ONLY can purchase the donated items for $1 on Sundays from 3-6pm. This helps us decrease the donation load left for us to remove from the venue. If you have any donation companies you know would come get them Sunday night please have them contact me at gotkids.consignsale@gmail.com .
